Spuntini (an Italian word for snack) opened for business under the tents of the Hilton Village Farm Market in February 2023. In 2024, we had the exciting opportunity to move our growing business right across the
street, into a cozy and charming brick-and-mortar bakery café.

Spuntini Bakery is a Mediterranean-inspired artisan bakery specializing in traditional and sourdough breads, crackers, desserts, and pastries. We offer an assortment of tapas-style food items and a curated selection of local and European gourmet groceries and merchandise. We started baking together over 20 years ago, and our passion for cooking and baking has been a lifelong journey.

Our Commitment to Quality
Spuntini Bakery products are made with only the finest organic ingredients. Spuntini’s recipes are carefully crafted in small batches. Some of the brands we have carefully selected are: Lindley Mills organic flours, Terrasoul Superfoods organic seeds, Starwest organic herbs and spices, Anthony's organic products, Arrowhead Mills organic products, Bob's Red Mill organic products and many other local and organic ingredients

Our Products
Our sourdough breads are made with a traditional starter that we have been nurturing for over 20 years.
Our crackers are made with a variety of grains and seeds, and our desserts and pastries are made with fresh seasonal ingredients. We offer a variety of small plates that are perfect for sharing. Our antipasto/tapas are
inspired by our travels and our love of food. We are also happy to offer custom orders for special occasions.
